In Novapolatsk young supporters of Democratic Trade Unions learned to bargain collectively
11-12 October Novapolatsk held a national seminar of the youth network of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions, on the topic - "Collective bargaining". The meeting is a brief presentation of the material on collective bargaining and the personal experience of the youth expert Dutch FNV Bondgenoten. Youth activists have identified the main elements of the negotiation with the employer and consolidate their knowledge in the form of practical training role-playing game.
