Vitebsk defender of civil rights was left without driver's license

Traffic cops who ostanvili Ivanov took it "humanely": he was allowed to drive to the police station on October district of Vitebsk own car (in their support) - in fact, allowed to call in on the way home "to land a wife and a cat," who were in the cabin machine, and take it with you from home documents. A staff member at the rank of captain even sympathized with the detainee, "We are humble people, - he said - but there are indications it is necessary to carry them out."

Peter Ivanov is a citizen of Russia, holding a residence permit in Belarus. And he said that if so - he has no right to use the driver's license issued in Russia and Belarus should have rights.

According to protocol development, Ivanov drove a vehicle without a valid rights. Russian rights were confiscated, and now he has to come to the regional traffic police on Monday at the administrative fee.

Peter Ivanov, who for many years ran the machine with Russian rights and never had problems because of this, consider that what happened - the result of retaliation by the top leadership of the regional traffic police - for the past few months, John Doe is seeking criminal accountability of the structure of Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Stepanov and Major Bogatyrev, which, in his opinion, violated the law.
