The defendant does not believe that it could acquit, therefore, requested marriage with Valdemaras Norkus, until they were sent to a different prison.
Wedding Hanna Shareiko and her lover, the Lithuanian businessman Valdemaras Norkus, is going to play more in 2014. But it does not happen – they were handcuffed during the summer. Senator and General Director of the Vitebsk poultry farm "Hanna" was accused that the company illegally Norkus won during the tender for the supply of feed. Ostensibly Shareiko lobbied for the interests of his beloved. Now they are both persons involved in high-profile criminal cases. Not long ago, Hanna and Valdemaras appealed to the Supreme Court with a request to legalize the relationship directly in the colony.
– High Court, both of us got a response from the registrar that they may not have to paint, as they have not received your permission. We want it brought to the protocol, as the violation of our constitutional rights, the court infringes upon us and put pressure so that – the defendant asked the judge Hanna Shareiko.
– Recorded in the minutes that before adjudication on the merits, regardless of whether the court will take a decision in your favor or not, we believe that this procedure (marriage – Ed.) Is not possible. Based on the fact that there is a process in a criminal case, you both defendants, that such a position, – replied the judge, Vladimir Davydov.
– We know that comes into force after the verdict of the Supreme Court decision immediately. And we will not have a possibility to legalize their relationship, which is why we call – retorted Shareiko.
– I do not understand, you say things that are not allowed at this stage of the process. The sentence can be either guilty or not guilty. What makes you think that you will have a guilty verdict? – I asked the judge Vladimir Davydov. – We do not mend obstacles, please marry. But now there is a process that limits your rights.
Hanna V. does not believe that it could acquit. Shareiko and Norkus do not intend to give up, and soon again turned to the court for permission to get married.
