Viciebsk ninth-graders Pavel and Sergey decided on May 19 to measure Lukashenko's rating, Radio Liberty reported. The guys came out with a poster "Beep, if you are against Lukashenka" on Moskovsky Prospekt, to see if they were often signaled by drivers.
One of them held a poster, the second recorded what was happening on the video. The guys say that they signaled quite actively, although the traffic rules prohibit the use of a sound signal for other purposes.
