Andrei Gajdukov is arrested for 10 days

November 25 municipal court judge Polotsk Vladimir Besetsky found former political prisoner guilty of violating Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code and for "holding an unauthorized picket with the distribution of leaflets" awarded to Andrei Gaidukov arrest for 10 days.

Ahead of him yet another trial - concerning the detention on November 21. He was detained in Novopolotsk - also for distributing leaflets about political prisoners. Novopolotsk police drew up a report on it for the distribution of printed materials without imprint.

"I did not sign the Protocol, do not have a copy, so I can not say, in breach of Article accuse me. I heard that the police on the phone to someone explained that my case will parse the administrative commission. But any summons I do not have - any meeting of the Commission or to the court, "- Andrei Gaidukov said.
