Investigative Committee did not consider the application and make procedural document stipulated by the CPC, and said unsubscribing, in which the head of department on work with citizens informed Mr S. Tukhto to Mr. Misnikov that turning left without consideration on the merits.

In a statement to the Investigation Committee noted that the judge Vorotynskaya considering writs members of REW against an employer who has violated several articles of the Civil Procedure Code and the Law "On Trade Unions". The union saw the actions of the judge signs an offense under Articles 190 (violation of the equality of citizens), 395 (falsification of evidence) and 424 (abuse of power or of a position of authority) of the Criminal Code, so the statement was drafted to the Investigation Committee.

Valery Misnikov says his union appeal to the Investigation Committee - not a single case in the Vitebsk region and in the country, when someone requests to prosecute judges.
