Editor of site "Vitebsk Popular News" Sergei Serebro said that after the appearance of the text on the site "Bluefilters: alchemy sales of water filters at exorbitant prices", it started to exert pressure. Article was published December 13, 2013. The text details how the reporter was invited to distributors filters his home, and then told of the visit and their methods persuade customers with high quality goods.

In the article published online article also compares prices: from distributors filter worth 7.75 million rubles, or about $ 830, and in Poland, where the company filters «Bluefilters» produced, their cost is only 1299 zlotys (about $ 430).

There was no word on an instrument or firm-producer in the article. Publication concerned only work implementers , the author deliberately avoided any evaluative comments , says Sergei Serebro:

"Nevertheless, this text someone really did not like. But who - I do not know, since I started getting e-mails with the requirement to remove the text. The author did not introduce me. January 29, I received a similar request from the hosting company. The letter was signed by Stanislav Liush of customer support Dreamsee.biz. Obviously, there have addressed the same person who had previously demanded that I remove a critical text. Since I learned the old arguments: the site was accused that he spoils the reputation of the manufacturer, and for some reason referred to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Mass Media" of December 27, 1991".

Sergei Serebro says he is ready to listen to the court the claims of those who do not like critique. But - according to the Belarusian legislation, as the firm - distributor of Polish filters is registered in Belarus.

"I wrote the hoster that the reputation of the firm "Bluefilters" is not affected , and that I do not know the person who makes a claim on behalf of the firm. It is possible that this is not an official representative of "Bluefilters", which would call their name and position, and local implementers. On their address had a lot of negative comments after the article. I am willing to guarantee that all the information available in the text, proven and reliable. And why take the material from the site flatly refuse. I can do this just to make the relevant decision of the court if the facts are proven humiliation of honor and dignity," - Editor of "Vitebsk Popular News" said.

Sergei Serebro draws attention to another interesting fact: November 21, 2013 in the state city newspaper "Vitbichi" was printed promotional material "With clean water and pure thoughts". There activities of  "LD-Union Ltd." - realizer of Polish water filters - evaluated very positively.
