The driver of the GAZ-53 lost control and overturned tank. The car was carrying two tons of hydraulic oil from Novopolotsk Zhlobin.

This was reported by press service of the Emergencies Ministry of Belarus.

The accident happened on the morning of August 16 to 73-kilometer route Polotsk-Vitebsk. The driver was able to leave the cabin itself. Ambulance took him with injuries of varying severity in the Polotsk central city hospital.  

As a result of an accident more than half of the oil was on the pavement. Emergency Unit, which arrived on the scene, washed the oil from the roadway. To prevent zagarannya created an air-foam pillow.
