- More than 150 people. I can not give an exact figure, because some people who come to us in the organization four years ago and lost, as they say, the relationship with the organization. Therefore, we occasionally conduct an audit of its members.

But at the same time, instead of them came others. Tomorrow, for example, to come to our conference, active people that has worked well in the last election campaign. They wanted to participate in the conference. And, most likely, tomorrow they will be accepted into the ranks of the Movement.

- Yes, it is updated. You can also talk about the rejuvenation of the organization. When she was created, it consisted of those of our friends who were covered very much, - veterans, people with extensive experience of political struggle. And now there are new and young, those who on the eve of the election campaign, joined the ranks of the democratic community.

- How to evaluate the  work of the organization for five years of existence ?

- Well, a positive or negative assessment must be given by the members of the organization. Because I am the chairman, and, if we evaluate the work is negative, will have tomorrow to declare his resignation. Although I do work for a long time already, and in different organizations, and it may be that there is a need to give way to someone younger and more energetic ...

- I think about it. I talked about it with their leadership in Minsk. But, most of all, at the conference and at the national conference to be held on October 20, the question is not.

Returning to the evaluation of, say, I am personally not 100 percent satisfied with his work and the work of the organization in general. Because I would like to see more activity from the members themselves and regional structures. By the way, the regional structure of our organization is in the 11 districts of the Vitebsk region, in each - from 3 to 15.

On the other hand, I think we're still doing our job. And especially glad that the last few years we have been enlightening and educational work. And as for future work, tomorrow and in the National Conference, I'll talk about what we need to focus on outreach and educational work among the population and the people of the asset. At work in the European club, which has been around for several years, and of which they know almost everything vitebchane. Let me remind you that this is the brainchild of our organization. Two years ago, our experience has been taken over by the Republican organization, and all aspects of open European clubs.

- What new item to appear in the E European cl th whi from ?

- We must develop these clubs that they are in every major city. It is now a meeting place. And on the basis of European clubs to create the European School of Management.

Because we go from election to election. In 2014, again go to local elections. And, of course, "Movement" For Freedom "will actively participate in them. But I was always worried about: who will run the country? If our activists will come to power - whether they are ready to run the country? Will they be able to use this power so successfully carry out the reforms that we are always talking about. Especially for the young and inexperienced. And they have to teach!

After all, every country that the transition from totalitarianism to democracy, has this problem. Many managers. And now we need to use this time - a few years - in order to prepare future members who will pass laws and officials that will implement these laws.

- I do not want you to create an alternative to the Academy of Management under the President?

- Absolutely. We have to own academy! In Minsk will prepare future ministers, and we are here to prepare the local council officials and executive committees. I think that's it now we have to take a very active.

- In what form it will take ?

- It should be something like Sunday school. A request for each school may submit, but will be selected. If we start this year or early next year - that is get to work with those who in 2014 will be nominated by the deputies to local councils ... And that while we only hear, need change, we need reform ... But the reform - a solution that will take the authority, and the officer who will carry it out.

At the time, Lew Sapieha Foundation actively engaged in such activity. We were taught the basics of deputies and officials of local self-government. But then it's all gone, our organization was liquidated. And now we must return to it.

- In order to answer this question, we need a serious monitoring. I would not say that our nation has made progress in adopting European values and way of life. Rather, people are advanced in terms of opposition to the current situation and the current form of government.

-  With optimism expect conflict e rentsyi?

- Yes. And our work in this election, and how people were going to take part in the conference, said that the members of the organization crave activity. We should make sure that each member did not feel a cog. That was not so: Record the number given - and all. I've always tried to base its work so that everybody feels an active member. To feel that he is in demand that remember him, he is needed.
