Judge Hrabouskaja goes unpunished

"In the course of the audit, and the gravity of the lack of respect for actors in the part of the judge of the court in October district of Vitebsk Hrabouskaja IV not established grounds for holding it to an account can not see" - so the first deputy head of the justice department of the Vitebsk Executive Committee Igor Korzhov said the statement, which is sent to the designated Office head of the Vitebsk oblast BPF Leanid Autuckou.

Leanid Autuchou asked the Justice Department to bring a major disciplinary proceedings against a judge Ina Hrabouskaja, who on March 25 issued a decision to punish him and fellow party Kastus Smolikau administrative arrest for distributing newspapers and leaflets in the shopping center. This Regulation, according to policy, to bear in violation of applicable law, the court was biased and prejudiced, and the judge failed to protect his civil and political rights and legitimate interests.

Leanid Autuchou said in a statement that the judge during the trial was acting rude and disrespectful to the citizens present in court. The party leader also cited a number of violations of its laws: in ruling, Judge Hrabouskaja not considered the fact that he was held for more than 48 hours, which is contrary to Article 11.2 of Part 2 of the process-Executive Code of Administrative Offences, in addition, he had been given no enough time to find a lawyer and prepare his defense. Therefore, says a member of the BPF, the decision taken against him by the court, is unfair and not based on the law, and the judge should punish Hrabouskaja. However, at the headquarters of Justice Executive Committee did not listen to the arguments of policy and refused to meet the request in a statement.
