Member of the public association "Legal Assistance to Population" (Kiev, Ukraine) Alexander Mikulin, who is running in the local councils of deputies, recorded a video message to the people of Vitebsk. In his address, the human rights activist explained why he goes to the deputies: "What am I going? The answer is very simple: I want to live differently."

The Vitebsk human rights activist says he wants to change the situation in the country. "Enough of us directors and management of the housing. The legislature should consist of us ordinary people - from those who live here. And we must always be able to claim from the executive to carry out the laws that we will take with you," - Alexander Mikulin said in his video.
