Coordinator of the BCD organizing committee Tatyana Seviarynets and activist of the same organizing committee Shabunya Elena tried to challenge their failure to register as a candidate - to prove that voters were deceived, forced to acknowledge their signatures for nomination oppozitsionerok invalid. The Court did not see any violation of deception.

Tatiana Seviarynets was rejected by the regional court: "There was a process in which I spoke about the actions of the city election commission not to register me, part of the rejected signatures. Actions like these otherwise not be called deception : people came to check and asked them whether the signature signature sheets. People confirmed, but they were asked to attest to that another signature in a special form. gullible people, they form one and did not look! and then it turned out that they have signed a statement saying that the date on the signature sheet set allegedly not they and collectors. On this issue they were not even warned ! Moreover, if, for example, my wife signed up the nomination, then "confirm", whether it is her signature requested or husband or son - whom they found in the house. Regional Court did not consider a violation - no cheating with the signing of additional papers, nor that testified for someone completely different people!"

Tatiana Seviarynets learned about "focus" with an additional form of themselves outraged voters. They wrote about it written explanations and were ready to go to trial witnesses. But even on the agenda process is not received:

"In the regional court agenda would give me a reason - to invite people myself. Is it my duty, not the court? I refused to do so primarily because March 4 went to the funeral in Rygor Baradulin Ushachi. A 5th, on the court, just announced that the witnesses did not show up ! None ! I have serious doubts that the agenda they all passed. at that everything was over : my certificate recognized not worthy of attention, and the actions of the city election commission, headed by Chairman Valentina Kazakov, who herself took part in the checks considered legitimate."

The same scenario took place on the complaint process and activist organizing committee of the BCD Helena Shabunya. She could invite a few witnesses, requested an examination - whose hand all the same date stamped on the signature sheets, but all was in vain. Vitebsk Regional Court decided that it did not register a candidate legitimately.

Earlier on the same subject in the Vitebsk Regional Court addressed coordinator of the "For Freedom" in the Vitebsk region Christopher Zhelyapau and activist organizing committee of the Social Democratic Party "Narodnaja Hramada" Alexei Gavrutikov. They also discovered the city election commission similar facts - that the date on the signature sheets allegedly, was not to the voters themselves. And the regional court sided with the Commission, stating that at the time the registration statement, the Commission had on voters supposedly inappropriate. And when people refused and said they made ??a mistake, do not read what they sign "confessions", the registration is over, and now nothing can be done.
