March 27 at 20:00 are exempt from arrest activists Vitebsk Barys Chamajda and Alexander Salajan. They were arrested, probably, on the eve of Freedom Day evening of March 24. The activists were convicted in the court of Vitebsk Railway for three days. However, until now unknown reason for the detention and under what article were instituted administrative proceedings.

Attendant at Vitebsk temporary detention arrested told friends that Chamajda and Salajan were detained for an offense (which one - it is not answered). Details of the case will be known only after the release of the activists.
